Amazing dining options and a helpful concierge team made my stay delightful! The security personnel ensured I felt safe at all times too!
Navigating the busy street outside was a hassle. it posed a challenge when trying to enter and exit the hotel.

The location allowed easy access to fantastic
food options, especially Chinese cuisine, and the nearby market was a plus for shopping. Security was good, thanks to the helpful staff like Kamrul. However, the pool area could be improved with more seating for guests to enjoy.

Recommend it for business travelers
I had the pleasure of enjoying a stay in a spacious room with floor-to-ceiling windows that offered a breathtaking view. The highlight was definitely the attentive Bell Boy, Tanvir, who helped me out when I had no cash for a rickshaw and even paid for it from his own pocket.
It wasn't exactly a bargain,, but the experience was still worth every penny.

The stay included a beautiful city view room, which was both spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat. The warmth and attentiveness of the concierge staff were particularly memorable, making interactions enjoyable. However, the dining options were overpriced, and the in-hotel noise late at night made sleep difficult. Additionally, the delay in obtaining the credit card hold refund was inconvenient and should be addressed.
